Office Team

Krupp on Tour, Jacobs Run, Cheer-Ups, Valentine's Party - none of these events would happen without your college office team. Five students and manager René keep Krupp running on a regular basis. They don't only organise events but take care of everyday needs. Light bulb broken? Talk to the team. Need a colour print-out? Talk to the team. Need a cup of coffee to keep you going? Talk to the team.

The college office is open six days a week: From Monday to Friday between 2pm and 4pm and from Sunday to Thursdy between 8pm and 10pm. If you need anything outside these hours simply talk to the team - as long as you're not asking for candy at 4am they'll be happy to help.

During office hours the team will do just about anything to help you with your problems, be they a letter from your bank that you don't understand, trouble getting our communal printers to work, an idea for a great new Krupp event or simply the need for someone to talk to during exam stress.

Our services for you include: replacement of light bulbs and fuses * printing, copying and faxing (small fees apply) * assistance with any college equipment * lending of games and sports equipment * repair/replacement of common room games * an open ear when you need someone to talk to * assistance with German forms and documents * organisation of all college events
