US Elections 2008

On the morning of November 5, the outcome of the US elections will be the hot topic in Krupp College. Already, the question whether Barack Obama or John McCain will win the race to the white house is discussed by students on a daily basis. On the morning after the elections, Krupp College will screen American TV in the servery to stay up to date with the counting of votes.

At 7.30, Aramark will start serving a real American breakfast with pancakes and muffins.

At 9.45, students will have the chance to have their say. Anyone can join the moderated debate on how the election results will affect them and their home countries.

At 12.45, during the all-American lunch, Dr. Matthijs Bogaards, professor of political science, Dr. R. O. Wells Jr. and Marie Vivas will join the students in the servery for a panel discussion entitled "What for the world?".

So when it comes to US elections, Krupp College is the place to be!

Krupp College is cooperating with College 3, who will be covering the elections on the evening of November 4.
