Toilet blocked? Cold Room? No Light?

If there is anything wrong with your room we are happy to help! Small repairs are done by the Krew, for bigger repairs you need to inform Jacobs University's Facility Department.

Broken light bulbs: Simply get a new one from the college office. Please bring your old light bulb so it can be recycled.

Both light bulbs not working: Most likely the fuse inside your lamp needs replacement. Please talk to a member of the Krew - they can fix your lamp instantaneously.

Any other issues: Please fill out the facility form. Depending on the nature of your issue, either the Krew or the Facility Department will help you.

If you have any trouble with the form, please send an e-mail to re.wells@jacobs-university.de, specifying what needs to be fixed and whether you consent to Jacobs University's staff or their appointed agents to enter your room to conduct repair work in your absence.

Please note that while most repairs are carried out free of charge, you will need to compensate for damages attributable to abuse (e.g. broken lamp shades).
