Conference Room Calendar

The conference room is part of the Krupp College Office. It is perfect for study meetings and can be used for groups of up to 20 people. It is equipped with conference tables, office chairs a whiteboard and a flip chart.

A data projector/beamer is available but needs to be booked seperately.

Rules:

1. You can only book the conference room after 6pm on weekdays and all day on the weekend. If you want to book it before 6pm on a weekday, you need to talk to the COM.
2. Bookings are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
3. If your booking falls outside regular office hours (Sun. - Thur. 8pm - 10pm), you need to arrange access to the room with the Krupp Team.
4. The person making the booking is the person responsible for any damages that occurr.
5. Please leave the area as you found it, i.e. put all rubbish in the bin, put the tables back as they were, wipe the white board and remove any other mess you might have made.
6. You are allowed to use the tea kitchen and the cooking equipment to prepare your own food. Sorry, you can't have the college office's food.
7. Krupp College Office reserves the right to cancel any booking.
8. If you break the rules, you might be asked to do community service or lose your the right to book Krupp's resources.
